Charles leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Phyllis; children, Charles III, Jason, NaShawn, Mia and Joi (Van Sr); siblings, Eric S. Mines (Sharon), Myron Mines, Sylvia Mines-Jones (Clem-deceased); grandchildren, Aishia, NaShawn Jr., Kiana, Brandyn, Bryan, Grant and Easton; Great Grandchildren, Kishaun, Braelon, Kindall, Kanani and Jeremiah.
