Dora Travitz

Dora, Jeannetta (Jeannette) Travitz, 87, of Ormond Beach, Florida passed away on June 29, 2025.

Dora was born on March 15, 1938 in Kansas City, Missouri, to Vosco and Nina Hoffman. Dora was born into a family of nine siblings and is survived by her sister Lois Sullivan. Dora was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was married to Bob Travitz for 44 years until his passing in 2020.

Dora was the silent strength of our family, our faith, and our daily lives. Dora worked alongside Bob for many years in many businesses and restaurants. Dora was our supporter through many challenges and was a prayer warrior for the Lord.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob, her daughter Linda (Stan) Stadig, her son William Hedger, and stepson Craig (Gina) Travitz. Dora is survived by her daughter, Julia Rademacher, stepson Bruce (Velma) Beltran, and stepson Brian (Dee) Beltran, her grandsons, Charles Russell, Jesse Rademacher, Cody Beltran, Trevor Beltran, and granddaughters, Lorelei (Nick) Payida and Lydia (Steven) Johnson, Addison Beltran, many nieces and nephews, and two great-grandchildren Jade and Serenity Johnson.

Dora was a very private person and has requested that no services be held but to remember her fondly and always put God first in your daily lives. After cremation her wish is to be interned with Bob at Port Canaveral National Cemetery in Mims, Florida.
