Mattie Auman
Mattie Virginia Williams Auman, age 103, of Venice, FL, died at French Blossoms Assisted Living, on Thursday, August 7, 2025. She was born in Elizabeth City, NC on December 7, 1921, to the late Ellis Westbrook Williams and Katherine Webb Williams Kehoe. Mattie was the widow of Darius Cromwell Auman, Jr.
She is survived by her daughter, Deborah McDonald and husband, Robert; son, Darius Cromwell Auman, III; and grandchildren, Mariele McDonald and husband, Ben Davis, and Shane McDonald.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 18, 2025, at Old Hollywood Cemetery, with Chaplain Kevin Reiver officiating.
