Harry Lee Moore

Harry Lee Moore, born on May 20, 1931, in Amonate (Tazewell County), Virginia, passed away peacefully on November 6, 2025, at the North Carolina State Veterans Home in Black Mountain, North Carolina, at the age of 94.

Harry lived a life marked by dedication, service, and leadership. He served his country honorably as a veteran of the United States Army, instilling values of courage and commitment that he carried throughout his life. His career was distinguished by his role as a Branch Manager for Ford Motor Credit Company, where he exemplified integrity, professionalism, and a remarkable work ethic.

He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Oral L. Moore and Maude A. Clifton Moore. Harry’s legacy continues through his devoted wife, Barbara Ann Collins Moore, who stood by him with unwavering love and support.
